Attached you will find a copy of the updated/revised Architectural Rules and Regulations for our Community. Also attached is a copy of the ARC application. These documents as well as, the list of approved trees and the approved Williamsburg color chart can be find here on the website under 'What's New' - and also in the documents folder under the ACC tab (on the right).
Please remember any exterior change (changing the style or color of your door, windows, new roof, etc) are all items that you must submit an ARC form for review and approval.
Maintenance items on your property such as repairing or repainting your fence (Navajo Red) maintaining your yard, repairing gutters or other items are considered regular maintenance and do not require prior approval.
All applications should be sent to Gates Hudson Management for processing.
