The Annual
meeting of the Greenwich Hill Homeowners Association has been scheduled for Thursday,
May 2, 2019 at the Occoquan Elementary School Cafeteria, 12915 Occoquan Road,
Woodbridge, Virginia 22192. Registration
will begin at 6:40 PM. Notice of the
Annual Meeting is hereby given pursuant to Article X, Section 3 of the Bylaws
of the Greenwich Hill Homeowners Association.
The purpose of the meeting is to elect 2 members to the Board of
Directors.
A quorum of 10% of the homeowners pursuant to Article X,
Section 4 is necessary for the meeting to be held. If you are unable to attend the meeting,
please complete the proxy and give
it to a homeowner or Board member who will be attending the meeting. You may also email your completed proxy to Heidi
Petty at hpetty@ghacm.com , fax it to 703-876-9594,
or mail it to the Board of Directors care of Gates Hudson Community Management
at the above address.
There will
be THREE (3) director positions to be voted onto the board at the Annual Meeting. If you choose to be nominated for one of the three
(3) available Director Positions, if you are interested in running for the Board Of Directors, please return the attached nomination form in
care of Gates Hudson Community Management by email, fax, or regular mail at the
above address no later than 5 PM on May 2, 2019. Nominations will also be taken
from the floor at the Annual Meeting, but the person nominated must be present
to accept the nomination.
