Leash you pet - pick up the poop!

  • PETS MUST BE LEASHED AT ALL TIMES WHEN OUTSIDE YOUR UNIT- THIS IS PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY LAW.

Owners can be fined for unleashed pets - https://library.municode.com/va/prince_william_county/codes/code_of_ordinances

This is a reminder that all owners
and residents must clean up after their pets while out in the community. There are several dog stations throughout the community. Pet waste is unsightly, unsanitary and can attract rodents.

Please remember to scoop up the poop!

Several owners have complained in the last few weeks and have caught violatorson their home video systems.

Also be aware pet owners can be fined per Prince William County Pet
restrictions (see below)

It is unlawful to allow your animal to
knowingly or willfully urinate or defecate on private property of other persons
or on publicly owned property except parts of parks posted as dog run areas
(Section 4-11 & 4-26).

Thank you for helping keep our community a clean and beautiful place to
live
