Greenwich Hill - 2026 Yard Waste and Lawn Reminders

Now that Spring is upon us, and everything is growing -- it's time for a couple of reminders about your landscaping. Yard Waste pick up resumes tomorrow (3/11/26) and continues until the end of the year.
*The trash company is Disposal Services and they can be reached at

*Please keep up mowing and weeding every week.
*Grass and other clippings may NOT be dumped into the common area, or into the woods.
*Trees on your property are the responsibility of the homeowner, please prune your trees. Remember that tree branches must be in bundles, and no more than 3 ft (36 inches) long.
*Remove all creeping vines from your unit.
*Yard Waste is picked up every WEDNESDAY -- yard waste must be in paper bags, or in a container specifically marked 'YARD WASTE' (No trash of any kind)
*Please take care of your back yards, trim grass, do not let anything grow through your fence.
*Please check for standing water after the rain. Do not let water accumulate -- it is a breeding ground for mosquitoes.
