Dear Greenwich Hill Homeowner(s),
The 2026 Annual meeting of the Greenwich Hill
Homeowners Association has been scheduled for Tuesday, May 19, 2026. This Annual meeting will be held
outdoors at the basketball court (located behind the pool). The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. and
registration will start at 5:45 p.m.
We
are planning to hold this meeting outdoors so everyone can feel comfortable and
enjoy being together in a relaxed setting.
You're welcome to bring a chair, wear a mask if you choose, and take any
precautions that make you feel most at ease.
If you’re unable to join us in person, we encourage you to submit your
proxy ahead of time so we can reach quorum and ensure everyone’s voice is
represented.
Light barbeque faire will be served (hot dogs,
chips, cookies) at the meeting.
Notice of the 2026 Annual Meeting is hereby given pursuant
to Article X, Section 3 of the Bylaws of the Greenwich Hill Homeowners
Association. The purpose of the meeting
is to elect TWO (2) members to the Board of Directors. Enclosed in this mailer are the following
items: agenda, nominating form, and proxy.
A quorum of 10% of the homeowners pursuant to Article X,
Section 4 is necessary for the meeting to be held. If you are unable to attend the meeting,
please complete the attached proxy, following all proxy instructions, and give
it to a homeowner or Board member who will be attending the meeting. You may also email your completed proxy to Heidi
Petty at hpetty@keymontcm.com , fax it to
703-876-9594, or mail it to the Board of Directors care of Keymont Community
Management.
There will be TWO (2) director positions to be voted
onto the Board at the Annual Meeting. If
you choose to be nominated for one of the two available director positions,
please return the enclosed nomination form to Keymont Community Management by
email, fax, or regular mail at the above address no later than 4 PM on May 19, 2026. Nominations will also be taken from the floor
at the Annual Meeting, but the person(s) nominated must be present to accept
the nomination. Should you have any
